Record label looking for actor to help promote Newport band

I work at an independent record label and I’m currently on the look out for an actor who would be up for street performing in a town crier type role in Newport, Wales to help us promote a Newport band.
We would ideally be looking for someone to do it in four-hour shifts (ideally 12pm-4pm) at £39 per shift, but if the right person comes along we can be flexible with the schedule.
This role will require at least one four-hour shift but there is scope for more shifts if we organize it in time.
Start date can be reasonably flexible though preferred dates are over 5th – 11th August.
We would agree dates beforehand of course.
It would also be great to get a video of yourself whilst playing the role if you would be comfortable doing so, so that we can show the band’s fans – we could name check you on our social media platforms as a result (where we have over 110K followers on Instagram, for example).
