Luca Lucini nasce nel 1967 e dal 1993 al 1997 lavora come assistente alla produzione per un programma televisivo di Super Channel London.
Nello stesso periodo realizza numerosi video musicali per molti artisti italiani. Seguono negli anni successivi la regia di spot pubblicitari e programmi televisivi.
Nel 2002 realizza il cortometraggio “Il sorriso di Diana”, prodotto da Cattleya e Cinecittà Holding. Nel 2003 firma invece la regia del suo primo lungometraggio,
“Tre metri sopra il cielo”, tratto dall’omonimo romanzo di Federico Moccia.

Per ruolo da protagonista in un nuovo film cortometraggio che sarà girato a novembre diretto da un regista francese.
Il casting per il cortometraggio è volto alla selezione di un uomo di 40 anni moro, scuro di bella presenza alto minimo 175 cm.
La figura selezionata dovrà interpretare il ruolo di un uomo normale, di classe ma non troppo chic, in un contesto tragico ma anche ironico.
Richiesta residenza a Roma e disponibilità a ottobre e novembre. Le riprese si terranno tra il 4 e il 7 novembre 2021.
