Title: Ghost Goose
A recently divorced, anxious mother and her two kids move into a haunted mansion controlled by a mystical Goose that preys on its inhabitants flaws.
Roles:
Jill (40s): Jill is a stressed-out mother of two who has recently divorced her husband after years of unhappiness, now trying to juggle the kids, her job and her divorce proceedings. Although Jill tries her best as a mother, her anxiety causes her to try to solve difficult problems with easy solutions. Jill will have to fight to keep her family together against this mystical Goose, realizing the difficult of getting through this divorce.
Ella (12): Ella is a shy, lonely girl with a huge imagination, think Scout Finch meets Wednesday Addams. During the divorce, Ella started lying and telling tall tales as a way to get more attention from her parents. When Ella is the first one to see the Goose, her family does not believe her as it sounds like just another one of her lies. Ella will have to convince them that she’s telling the truth in order to keep her family together,.
Graham (8): Graham is an active, energetic boy with a short fuse. He is upset about the divorce, so he takes it out on everyone around him, verbally and sometimes physically. Graham loves his sister, but also likes to make fun of her and the two get into fights. Graham wishes the family could be back to the way it was and that they could all live in the same house together.
